- Cauliflower - 300 grams, riced
- Ground pork - 200 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Green onions - 2 stalks, finely chopped
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Cabbage - 50 grams, finely shredded
- Red bell pepper - 50 grams, diced
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Coconut flour - 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons (for frying)
Steps
- In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the ground pork to the skillet, followed by soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the pork is browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, combine the riced cauliflower, egg, coconut flour, green onions, shredded cabbage, and diced red bell pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Form the cauliflower mixture into two patties, pressing them firmly to hold together.
- In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil and heat over medium-high. Carefully place the cauliflower patties in the skillet and fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Once cooked, remove the patties from the skillet and let them cool slightly.
- To assemble, place one cauliflower patty on a plate, top with the cooked pork mixture, and cover with the second cauliflower patty. Serve hot.
