Ingredients

  • Cauliflower - 300 grams, riced
  • Ground pork - 200 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Green onions - 2 stalks, finely chopped
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Cabbage - 50 grams, finely shredded
  • Red bell pepper - 50 grams, diced
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Coconut flour - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons (for frying)

Steps

  1. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Add the ground pork to the skillet, followed by soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the pork is browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the riced cauliflower, egg, coconut flour, green onions, shredded cabbage, and diced red bell pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  4. Form the cauliflower mixture into two patties, pressing them firmly to hold together.
  5. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil and heat over medium-high. Carefully place the cauliflower patties in the skillet and fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Once cooked, remove the patties from the skillet and let them cool slightly.
  7. To assemble, place one cauliflower patty on a plate, top with the cooked pork mixture, and cover with the second cauliflower patty. Serve hot.
