  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Green onions - 2, sliced
  • Mushrooms (shiitake or button) - 100 grams, sliced
  • Bok choy - 100 grams, chopped
  • Red chili flakes - ¼ teaspoon (optional)
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  2. Add the sliced beef sirloin to the pot, cooking until browned (about 3-4 minutes).
  3. Pour in the beef broth and soy sauce, bringing the mixture to a simmer.
