  • Konjac noodles - 200 grams, rinsed and drained
  • Egg - 1 large

  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Cooked cabbage or lettuce leaves - for serving

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped green onion, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until fully combined.
