  • Sesame oil - 10 ml
  • Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
  • Ginger, minced - 1 teaspoon
  • Green onions, chopped - 2
  • Red bell pepper, diced - 50 grams
  • Lettuce leaves (butter or romaine) - 8 large leaves
  • Sriracha sauce - 1 teaspoon (optional)
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Chopped cilantro - for garnish

Steps

  1. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula; cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
