  • Riced cauliflower - 300 grams
  • Ground beef - 200 grams
  • Eggs - 2 large
  • Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free) - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Bell pepper - 1 medium, diced
  • Carrots - 50 grams, diced
  • Frozen peas - 50 grams
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Break it up with a spatula as it cooks.
