- Ground beef - 200 grams
- Eggs - 2 large
- Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free) - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Bell pepper - 1 medium, diced
- Carrots - 50 grams, diced
- Frozen peas - 50 grams
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Break it up with a spatula as it cooks.
