Ingredients

  • Almond flour - 1 cup

  • Mozzarella cheese - 1 cup, shredded
  • Ground beef - 200 grams
  • Soy sauce (low sodium) - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Bell pepper - 1/2 cup, sliced
  • Mushrooms - 1/2 cup, sliced
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, egg, and shredded mozzarella cheese to form a dough.
  3. Spread the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, shaping it into a round pizza crust.
  4. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. While the crust is baking, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  7. Add ground beef to the skillet, cooking until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  8. Stir in soy sauce, black pepper, bell pepper, and mushrooms, cooking for an additional 3-5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  9. Remove the skillet from heat and stir in chopped green onions and sesame oil.
  10. Once the crust is done, remove it from the oven and evenly spread the beef and vegetable mixture over the crust.
  11. Return the pizza to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to heat through.
  12. Slice and serve hot.
