Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, 100 grams of mozzarella cheese, egg, salt, and pepper to form a dough for the pizza crust.
- Spread the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, shaping it into a pizza crust. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- While the crust is baking, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, and soy sauce. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add broccoli florets to the skillet with the beef and continue to cook for another 3-5 minutes until the broccoli is tender.
