  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Green onions (sliced) - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, 100 grams of mozzarella cheese, egg, salt, and pepper to form a dough for the pizza crust.
  3. Spread the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, shaping it into a pizza crust. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  4. While the crust is baking, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, and soy sauce. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
