  • Baking powder - 5 grams
  • Salt - 1 gram
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Hot water - 60 ml
  • Ground pork - 200 grams
  • Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add the egg and hot water to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms. Knead the dough for a few minutes until smooth.
  3. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and set aside to rest for 10 minutes.
  4. In another bowl, mix together the ground pork, chopped green onions, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper until well combined.
  5. Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and flatten each piece into a disc about 10 cm wide.
  6. Place a spoonful of the pork mixture in the center of each disc and carefully fold the edges over to seal the filling inside, shaping them into buns.
