- Almond milk - 400 ml
- Agar-agar powder - 2 g
- Erythritol - 2 tablespoons
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Almond extract - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - a pinch
- Sliced almonds - for garnish
Steps
- In a saucepan, combine the almond milk and agar-agar powder. Stir well to avoid lumps.
- Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly until the agar-agar is fully dissolved, about 5 minutes.
- Add the erythritol, vanilla extract, almond extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until fully combined and the sweetener is dissolved.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and pour the mixture into two serving molds or bowls.
- Let the jelly cool at room temperature for about 10 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour until set.
- Once set, gently run a knife around the edges of the molds to release the jelly. Invert onto a plate if desired.
