Ingredients

  • Chicken breast - 300 grams, diced
  • Rice flour - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce (gluten-free) - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 tablespoon, minced
  • Red bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Green onion - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
  • Broccoli florets - 100 grams
  • Chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine diced chicken with soy sauce, minced garlic, minced ginger, chili flakes, salt, and black pepper. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. While the chicken is marinating, prepare the vegetables by slicing the red bell pepper, julienning the carrot, and cutting the broccoli into florets.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the marinated chicken to the pan and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes or until cooked through and slightly browned.
  5. Add the sliced red bell pepper, julienned carrot, and broccoli florets to the pan. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender yet crisp.
  6. Sprinkle rice flour over the mixture and stir well to coat everything evenly. This will help thicken the sauce slightly.
  7. Drizzle sesame oil over the stir-fry, add chopped green onions, and toss everything together for another 2 minutes.
  8. Adjust seasoning if necessary, then remove from heat and serve hot.
