Ingredients
- Chicken breast - 300 grams, diced
- Rice flour - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce (gluten-free) - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, minced
- Red bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
- Green onion - 2 stalks, chopped
- Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
- Broccoli florets - 100 grams
- Chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- In a bowl, combine diced chicken with soy sauce, minced garlic, minced ginger, chili flakes, salt, and black pepper. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
- While the chicken is marinating, prepare the vegetables by slicing the red bell pepper, julienning the carrot, and cutting the broccoli into florets.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated chicken to the pan and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes or until cooked through and slightly browned.
- Add the sliced red bell pepper, julienned carrot, and broccoli florets to the pan. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender yet crisp.
- Sprinkle rice flour over the mixture and stir well to coat everything evenly. This will help thicken the sauce slightly.
- Drizzle sesame oil over the stir-fry, add chopped green onions, and toss everything together for another 2 minutes.
- Adjust seasoning if necessary, then remove from heat and serve hot.
