- Diced napa cabbage - 100 grams

- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Whole wheat burger buns - 2
- Sliced cucumber - 50 grams
- Sliced radish - 50 grams
- Fresh cilantro - a handful
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, diced napa cabbage, chopped green onions, minced ginger, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape each into a patty.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with cooking spray or a small amount of oil.
- Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they are fully cooked and have a golden brown crust.
- While the patties are cooking, toast the whole wheat burger buns in a toaster or on a skillet until lightly golden.
- Assemble the burgers by placing each patty on the bottom half of the bun, followed by sliced cucumber, sliced radish, and fresh cilantro. Top with the other half of the bun.
