- Chili powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Skewers - 4 (soaked in water for 30 minutes if wooden)
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the minced garlic, minced ginger, cumin powder, coriander powder, chili powder, salt, black pepper, soy sauce, vegetable oil, and sesame oil to create a marinade.
- Add the lamb cubes to the marinade and mix well to ensure the meat is evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight for best flavor.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated lamb cubes onto the soaked skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
- Grill the skewers for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is nicely charred and cooked to your desired doneness.
