Ingredients

  • Olive oil - 15 milliliters
  • Halal chicken breast - 150 grams (diced)
  • Sweet soy sauce - 50 milliliters
  • Bell pepper - 1 medium (sliced)
  • Red onion - 1 small (sliced)
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams (shredded)
  • Spring onions - 2 (chopped)
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a small bowl, dissolve the sugar and yeast in warm water and let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add the yeast mixture and olive oil.
  3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place it in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
