- cooked chicken breast, shredded - 100g
- mozzarella cheese, shredded - 100g
- sweet bean sauce - 50g
- carrot, grated - 50g
- green onions, chopped - 30g
- sesame seeds - 10g
- olive oil - 10ml
Steps
- In a small bowl, dissolve the active dry yeast and honey in warm water, and let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour and salt. Gradually add the yeast mixture and knead until a smooth dough forms.
- Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 20 minutes, or until it has doubled in size.
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
