- Pineapple chunks - 100 grams, drained

- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Brown sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Tomato paste - 2 tablespoons

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a small saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add the diced red and green bell peppers, sliced red onion, and mushrooms to the saucepan and cook for about 5 minutes until slightly softened.
- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, tomato paste, cornstarch, and water to create the sweet and sour sauce.
- Pour the sauce over the sautéed vegetables and add the pineapple chunks. Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the vegetable and sauce mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
