Ingredients
- Pork tenderloin - 300 grams
- Honey - 3 tablespoons
- Gluten-free soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Green onions - 2, chopped (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon (for garnish)
Steps
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, gluten-free soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Cut the pork tenderloin into 1-inch thick slices and place them in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish.
- Pour the marinade over the pork, ensuring all pieces are coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
- Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat. Remove the pork from the marinade, reserving the marinade for basting.
- Grill the pork slices for about 4-5 minutes on each side, basting with the reserved marinade, until the pork is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- Once cooked, remove the pork from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Slice the pork if desired.
- Serve the honey glazed pork garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
