- Duck breast (Halal) - 150 grams

- Green bell pepper - 50 grams, thinly sliced
- Red onion - 30 grams, thinly sliced
- Spring onion - 2 stalks, chopped
- Cilantro - 10 grams, chopped
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Season the duck breast with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Place the duck breast skin-side down and cook for 6-8 minutes until the skin is crispy. Flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes until medium rare. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly.
