Ingredients

  • Almond flour - 100g
  • Eggs - 4 large
  • Water - 100ml
  • Ground pork - 200g
  • Spring onions - 2, finely chopped
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh cilantro - 20g, chopped
  • Cucumber - 1 small, thinly sliced
  • Red bell pepper - 1 small, thinly sliced
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix almond flour, 2 eggs, and water until smooth to create the crepe batter.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and pour half of the batter to form a thin crepe. Cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  3. In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add ground pork, spring onions, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook until the pork is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Once the pork is cooked, remove from heat and stir in chopped cilantro.
  6. To assemble, place a crepe on a plate, add a generous portion of the pork mixture, and top with cucumber and red bell pepper slices.
  7. Fold the crepe over the filling to form a burger shape and serve immediately.
