- Almond flour - 100g
- Eggs - 4 large
- Water - 100ml
- Ground pork - 200g
- Spring onions - 2, finely chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Fresh cilantro - 20g, chopped
- Cucumber - 1 small, thinly sliced
- Red bell pepper - 1 small, thinly sliced
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, 2 eggs, and water until smooth to create the crepe batter.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and pour half of the batter to form a thin crepe. Cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Repeat with the remaining batter.
- In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add ground pork, spring onions, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook until the pork is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Once the pork is cooked, remove from heat and stir in chopped cilantro.
- To assemble, place a crepe on a plate, add a generous portion of the pork mixture, and top with cucumber and red bell pepper slices.
- Fold the crepe over the filling to form a burger shape and serve immediately.
