- Cauliflower rice - 2 cups
- Chicken breast - 200 grams, diced
- Red bell pepper - 1 medium, diced
- Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
- Green onion - 2 stalks, sliced

- Ginger - 1 inch, grated
- Coconut aminos - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Red chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)

Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the diced chicken, garlic, ginger, coconut aminos, black pepper, and red chili flakes. Marinate for 15 minutes.

- Once everything is cooked, serve the cauliflower rice topped with the chicken and vegetable mixture, garnished with sliced green onions and fresh cilantro.
