- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon
- Cayenne pepper - 1 teaspoon
- Green onions - 2, chopped (for garnish)
- Skewers - 4 (soaked in water for 30 minutes if wooden)
Steps
- In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili paste, minced garlic, minced ginger, honey, sesame oil, ground black pepper, and cayenne pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the skewers.
