  • Hunan chili paste - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon

  • Green onions - 2, chopped for garnish
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic, ginger, and dried red chilies, stir-frying for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced chicken breast to the skillet, seasoning with salt and black pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add sliced bell pepper, broccoli florets, and julienned carrot to the skillet, stir-frying for another 5 minutes until vegetables are tender yet crisp.
  5. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce and Hunan chili paste together, then pour the mixture over the chicken and vegetables in the skillet.
