- Skewers - 4 (soaked in water if wooden)
Steps
- Cut the beef sirloin into 2.5 cm cubes and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, chili flakes, and black pepper to create the marinade.
