Ingredients

  • Beef sirloin - 300 grams
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
  • Chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Green onion - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Skewers - 4 (soaked in water if wooden)

Steps

  1. Cut the beef sirloin into 2.5 cm cubes and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, chili flakes, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  3. Add the beef cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Thread the marinated beef onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
  6. Grill the skewers for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness.
