Ingredients
- Pork ribs - 500 grams
- Soy sauce - 60 ml
- Rice vinegar - 30 ml
- Sesame oil - 15 ml
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
- Hunan chili paste - 1 tablespoon
- Erythritol - 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
- Green onions - 2, chopped (for garnish)
Steps
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, Hunan chili paste, erythritol, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Place the pork ribs in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring the ribs are well-coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
- Remove the ribs from the marinade and place them on the wire rack. Reserve the marinade for basting.
- Bake the ribs in the preheated oven for about 2 hours, basting with the reserved marinade every 30 minutes.
- After 2 hours, increase the oven temperature to 200°C (400°F) and bake for an additional 20-30 minutes, until the ribs are caramelized and slightly crispy on the edges.
- Remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.
