Ingredients

  • Pork ribs - 500 grams
  • Soy sauce - 60 ml
  • Rice vinegar - 30 ml
  • Sesame oil - 15 ml
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
  • Hunan chili paste - 1 tablespoon
  • Erythritol - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
  • Green onions - 2, chopped (for garnish)

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, Hunan chili paste, erythritol, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Place the pork ribs in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring the ribs are well-coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  3. Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
  4. Remove the ribs from the marinade and place them on the wire rack. Reserve the marinade for basting.
  5. Bake the ribs in the preheated oven for about 2 hours, basting with the reserved marinade every 30 minutes.
  6. After 2 hours, increase the oven temperature to 200°C (400°F) and bake for an additional 20-30 minutes, until the ribs are caramelized and slightly crispy on the edges.
  7. Remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.
