Ingredients

  • Wheat noodles - 200 grams
  • Sesame paste - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Chili oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Scallions - 2, finely chopped
  • Pickled mustard greens - 50 grams, chopped
  • Cucumber - 1 small, julienned
  • Salt - to taste
  • Water - 1 liter

Steps

  1. Bring 1 liter of water to a boil in a pot.
  2. Add the wheat noodles to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions, usually around 6-8 minutes, until al dente.
  3. While the noodles are cooking, prepare the sauce by combining sesame paste, soy sauce, chili oil, and minced garlic in a mixing bowl. Stir well until smooth.
  4. Once the noodles are cooked, drain them and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Drain again and set aside.
