- Chili oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Scallions - 2, finely chopped
- Pickled mustard greens - 50 grams, chopped
- Cucumber - 1 small, julienned
- Salt - to taste
- Water - 1 liter
Steps
- Bring 1 liter of water to a boil in a pot.
- Add the wheat noodles to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions, usually around 6-8 minutes, until al dente.
- While the noodles are cooking, prepare the sauce by combining sesame paste, soy sauce, chili oil, and minced garlic in a mixing bowl. Stir well until smooth.
