Steps

  1. Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into 1-inch thick slices.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, chili paste, honey, and rice vinegar to create the marinade.
  3. Add the sliced tofu to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well coated, and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
