Ingredients
- Chicken breast - 200 grams, cut into bite-sized pieces
- Bell pepper - 1 medium, cut into squares
- Zucchini - 1 medium, sliced
- Mushrooms - 100 grams, halved
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Chili paste - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Ground black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Skewers - 4-6 pieces (soaked in water for 30 minutes if wooden)
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, chili paste, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Allow to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- While the chicken is marinating, prepare the vegetables by cutting them into suitable sizes for skewering.
- After marinating, thread the chicken, bell pepper, zucchini, and mushrooms onto the skewers, alternating between the chicken and vegetables.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Once hot, place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and has nice grill marks.
- Remove the skewers from the grill and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
