  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 tablespoon, minced
  • Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Mushrooms (shiitake or enoki) - 100 grams, sliced
  • Napa cabbage - 100 grams, chopped
  • Carrot - 1 medium, thinly sliced
  • Tofu - 100 grams, cubed
  • Chili oil - 1 tablespoon (optional)
  • Cilantro - for garnish

Steps

  1. In a pot, combine beef broth and water, then bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic, ginger, and soy sauce to the simmering broth, stirring well.
  3. Once the broth is hot, add the sliced beef and let it cook for about 1-2 minutes until just cooked through.
