  • Mushrooms, sliced - 50 grams
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 100 grams
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Sriracha sauce - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
  • Ginger, minced - 1 teaspoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Cornstarch - 1 teaspoon
  • Water - 2 tablespoons
  • Cilantro, chopped (for garnish) - 10 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, Sriracha, minced garlic, minced ginger, and sesame oil to create a spicy sauce.
  3. In another bowl, combine cornstarch and water to form a slurry, then add to the spicy sauce and mix well.
  4. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  5. Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Spread the spicy sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  7. Top the sauce with cubed tofu, sliced bell peppers, mushrooms, and chopped green onions.
