  • Rice vinegar - 15 ml
  • Sriracha - 10 ml
  • Shredded cooked chicken - 100 grams
  • Green bell pepper - 50 grams, sliced
  • Carrot - 50 grams, julienned
  • Mushrooms - 50 grams, sliced
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Cilantro - 10 grams, chopped
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Chili flakes - 5 grams

Steps

  1. In a small bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 10 minutes until frothy.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Make a well in the center and pour in the yeast mixture and vegetable oil. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 30 minutes in a warm place.
  4. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  5. Once the dough has risen, roll it out to fit a pizza pan. Transfer the dough to the pan and pinch the edges to form a crust.
  6. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and Sriracha. Spread this mixture evenly over the pizza crust.
  7. Layer the shredded chicken, green bell pepper, carrot, and mushrooms over the sauce. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and chili flakes.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust is golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions and cilantro before serving.
