- Shredded cooked chicken - 100 grams
- Green bell pepper - 50 grams, sliced

- Mushrooms - 50 grams, sliced
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Cilantro - 10 grams, chopped
- Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
- Chili flakes - 5 grams
Steps
- In a small bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 10 minutes until frothy.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Make a well in the center and pour in the yeast mixture and vegetable oil. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 30 minutes in a warm place.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Once the dough has risen, roll it out to fit a pizza pan. Transfer the dough to the pan and pinch the edges to form a crust.
- In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and Sriracha. Spread this mixture evenly over the pizza crust.
- Layer the shredded chicken, green bell pepper, carrot, and mushrooms over the sauce. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and chili flakes.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions and cilantro before serving.
