Steps
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef with soy sauce, Sriracha, minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped scallions, chili paste, black pepper, and sesame oil until well combined.
- Form the mixture into two equal patties.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
