- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon (for garnish)
Steps
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, and rice vinegar to create the marinade.
- Place the chicken thighs in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off.
