Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, rice vinegar, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Allow it to marinate for at least 15 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator for more flavor).
