  • Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Green onions - 2, chopped (for garnish)

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, rice vinegar, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Allow it to marinate for at least 15 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator for more flavor).
  3. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing excess marinade to drip off. Reserve the marinade for basting.
