Steps
- Clean the button mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove the stems if desired.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the marinade.
- Add the cleaned mushrooms to the marinade and toss well to coat. Let them marinate for at least 10 minutes.
