- Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
- Fresh ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated

- Green onions - 2, sliced (for garnish)
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
- In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside.
- While the Brussels sprouts are roasting, prepare the hoisin glaze by mixing hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, soy sauce, grated ginger, and sesame seeds in a small bowl.
