- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Burger buns - 2
- Cucumber - 50 grams, thinly sliced
- Carrot - 50 grams, shredded
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- Sriracha sauce - 1 teaspoon (optional)
- Cooking oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, onion powder, and sesame oil. Mix until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add cooking oil. Once hot, add the patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness.
- While the patties are cooking, prepare the toppings by slicing cucumber and shredding carrot. Chop green onions.
- Toast the burger buns in the same skillet until golden brown.
- Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun, then place the cooked patty on top.
- Add cucumber slices, shredded carrot, and chopped green onions on top of the patty.
- If desired, drizzle with sriracha sauce for added heat before placing the top half of the bun.
