  • Olive oil - 15 ml
  • Ground beef (Halal) - 200 grams
  • Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
  • Ginger (minced) - 1 teaspoon
  • Chili paste - 1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Green bell pepper (sliced) - 50 grams
  • Red onion (sliced) - 50 grams
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
  • Fresh cilantro (chopped) - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. In a small bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil. Knead until a smooth dough forms, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes or until doubled in size.
  4. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  5. Add minced garlic, ginger, chili paste, and soy sauce to the beef. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until fragrant.
  6. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  7. Roll out the dough to form two pizza bases (about 25 cm each).
  8. Place the bases on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Spread the spicy beef mixture evenly over each base. Top with sliced bell pepper, red onion, and shredded cheese.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  11. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
