  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Spring onions - 2, finely chopped
  • Cucumber - 1/2, julienned
  • Red bell pepper - 1/2, thinly sliced
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh cilantro - a handful, chopped

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness, then transfer it to a pizza stone or baking tray.
  3. Spread the hoisin sauce evenly over the pizza base.
  4. Evenly distribute the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the hoisin sauce.
