Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a skillet, heat peanut oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add diced chicken, green and red bell peppers, and shredded carrot. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, crushed Szechuan peppercorns, and green onions. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness, then transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread half of the shredded mozzarella cheese on the dough, then evenly distribute the Kung Pao chicken mixture on top.
- Finish with the remaining mozzarella cheese and sprinkle chopped peanuts and sesame seeds over the top.
