- Spring onions - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
- Coriander leaves - for garnish
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to a 10-inch circle.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat, then add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the sliced onion, bell pepper, carrot, and cabbage to the pan and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the soy sauce, chili sauce, and black pepper, cooking for another 2 minutes.
- Place the rolled-out pizza dough on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the stir-fried vegetable mixture evenly over the pizza base.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top of the vegetables.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove the pizza from the oven, and garnish with chopped spring onions and coriander leaves before slicing and serving.
