  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • White pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
  • Water - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine minced pork, garlic, ginger, green onions, soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, sesame oil, white pepper, salt, cornstarch, and water. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
