Ingredients
- Naan bread - 2 pieces
- Bell pepper (mixed colors) - 1 cup, sliced
- Onion - 1 medium, sliced
- Mushrooms - 1 cup, sliced
- Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 inch, minced
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Chili sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add the sliced onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, and carrots to the pan. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Pour in the soy sauce and chili sauce, and season with salt and black pepper. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Place the naan bread on a baking sheet. Evenly distribute the stir-fried vegetable mixture on top of each naan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the naan is crispy and the edges are golden.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions and coriander leaves before serving.
