Ingredients

  • Pork tenderloin - 300 grams
  • Soy sauce (gluten-free) - 2 tablespoons
  • Honey - 1 tablespoon
  • Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
  • Ginger, grated - 1 teaspoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper, ground - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Green onions, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Cut the pork tenderloin into 2 cm cubes and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the gluten-free soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, black pepper, and chili flakes to create the marinade.
  3. Add the pork cubes to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to marinate.
  4. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Thread the marinated pork onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece for even cooking.
