- Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
- Ginger, grated - 1 teaspoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper, ground - 1/2 teaspoon
- Chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
- Green onions, chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Cut the pork tenderloin into 2 cm cubes and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix together the gluten-free soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, black pepper, and chili flakes to create the marinade.
