- Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Sesame seeds - 1 tbsp, for garnish
Steps
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Wash the zucchini and slice them into 1 cm thick rounds.
- In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, honey, chili flakes, black pepper, and salt to create the marinade.
- Add the zucchini slices to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Let them marinate for about 10 minutes.
