- Ginger (grated) - 1 teaspoon

- Cilantro (fresh, chopped) - 2 tablespoons
- Skewers (wooden or metal) - 4 pieces
Steps
- Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 15 minutes to prevent burning during grilling.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper to create the marinade.
