  • Red Onion - 1 small, cut into wedges
  • Cherry Tomatoes - 100 grams
  • Soy Sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
  • Ginger (grated) - 1 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cilantro (fresh, chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Skewers (wooden or metal) - 4 pieces

Steps

  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper to create the marinade.

  5. Thread the marinated vegetables onto the skewers, alternating between different types for color and flavor.
  6. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and charred.
  7. Once cooked, remove the skewers from the grill and sprinkle with fresh cilantro before serving.
