- Coconut aminos - 3 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
- Bamboo skewers - 4, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Steps
- In a medium bowl, combine the minced garlic, minced ginger, coconut aminos, sesame oil, honey, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to create the marinade.
- Add the pork cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated pork cubes onto the soaked bamboo skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the pork is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
