- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Green onions (sliced) - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Skewers (wooden or metal) - 4
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, chili flakes, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the marinade and stir well to coat. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
