- Honey - 1 teaspoon (for dipping sauce)
- Water - 1 tablespoon (for dipping sauce)
Steps
- In a bowl, mix together garlic, ginger, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, chili paste, ground black pepper, and sesame oil to create a marinade.
- Add the Halal sausages to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Place the marinated sausages on the grill and cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are fully cooked and have a nice char.
- While the sausages are grilling, prepare the dipping sauce by mixing lemon juice, honey, and water in a small bowl.
