Ingredients

  • Radishes - 300 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Honey - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon
  • Chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh cilantro - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Wash and trim the radishes, cutting them in half lengthwise.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, chili flakes, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  4. Add the halved radishes to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Let them marinate for about 10 minutes.
  5. Place the marinated radishes cut side down on the grill. Grill for about 5-7 minutes until charred and tender.
  6. Flip the radishes and grill for an additional 5 minutes on the other side.
