Steps
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Cut the pineapple into thick slices, about 2 cm each.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and lime juice to create the marinade.
- Place the pineapple slices in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 10 minutes.
