Steps
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Cut the eggplant lengthwise into 1 cm thick slices.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, chili oil, and honey to create a marinade.
- Brush the marinade generously over both sides of the eggplant slices.
- Let the eggplant marinate for about 10 minutes.
